Prestressed concrete cylinder pipe refers to a pipe made by winding circumferential prestressed steel wires around the outside of a concrete core with a steel cylinder and then forming a cement mortar protective layer. Prestressed concrete cylinder pipes (PCCP) are classified by structure into lined prestressed concrete cylinder pipes (PCCPL) and embedded prestressed concrete cylinder pipes (PCCPE); and by joint sealing type into single-ring prestressed concrete cylinder pipes (PCCPSL, PCCPSE) and double-ring prestressed concrete cylinder pipes (PCCPDL, PCCPDE).

Hengrun's PCCP pipes conform to industry standards such as GB/T19685-2005, ANSI/AWWA C301, GB50332-2002 CECS140:2011, and ANSI/AWWA C304.

The joints use a flexible sealing method with socket and spigot rubber rings, ensuring excellent airtightness and preventing water accumulation. Under normal operation, scale buildup on the inner wall prevents changes in water quality and maintains consistent flow capacity.

Various PCCP pipe fittings can be designed and manufactured according to the actual conditions of the pipeline to meet the installation needs of complex pipelines. They have good seismic performance and can withstand earthquake damage with an acceleration of 1g.
