PE septic tank

PE septic tank is an integrated sewage treatment equipment made of high-strength polyethylene (PE) as raw material. It efficiently decomposes organic matter in domestic sewage and kills pathogens through three-stage sedimentation (sedimentation tank, decay tank, clarification tank) and anaerobic fermentation technology. After treatment, the manure can be safely reused as agricultural fertilizer. Its core features include: a three grid separation structure (volume 1-30m ³, ratio 2:1:3) to improve processing efficiency; PE material is corrosion-resistant, compressive (bearing 40 tons), sealed and anti-seepage, with a service life of over 50 years; The overall cost is 30% lower than traditional cement tanks. The advantages are reflected in environmental protection (no leakage, insect killing rate>90%), strong adaptability (suitable for environments ranging from -60 ℃ to 200 ℃), and easy maintenance (large-diameter slag cleaning design). Product Details

The PE septic tank adopts a three grid partition design (volume ratio 2:1:3), which includes a first level anaerobic chamber (sedimentation sewage+anaerobic packing), a second level anaerobic chamber (deep fermentation), and a clarification chamber (sterilization and drainage). The overall process adopts roll molding/blow molding integrated molding technology, with a wall thickness of ≥ 2.0mm and strong impact resistance. PVC fecal pipe (Φ 100mm with elbow), sealing component (3 sealing rings+foam glue), inspection port (≥ 200mm), exhaust pipe (Φ 100 with vent cap) and ceramic squatting pan (≥ 550 × 420 × 180mm) are standard configuration, providing 0.8-3 cubic meters of various capacities (typical 2 cubic meters of 2355 × 1210 × 1165mm). All PE accessories are acid and alkali resistant, with a service life of 50 years
