Installation Instructions

1. Foundation treatment: Leveling of concrete foundation (error ≤ 0.5cm), reserving maintenance space.
2. Bottom plate assembly: Assemble the bottom plate according to the number, seal it with rubber strips, and evenly tighten the bolts in stages.
3. Side panel installation: Vertically fix the side panel, reinforce it with angle iron, and form a 90 ° angle with the bottom plate.
4. Reinforcement adjustment: Install the internal reinforcement and level the bolts to ensure even force distribution on the box.
5. Top plate sealing: The cover plate bolts are symmetrically tightened, and waterproof treatment is applied to the openings.
6. Pipeline connection: Install inlet and outlet/overflow pipes, and seal the interface with sealant to prevent leakage.
7. Water test acceptance: Fill with water and let it stand for 24 hours. If there is no leakage during inspection, it is considered qualified.
