The fiberglass continuous winding pipeline adopts an automated continuous winding forming process. The fiber yarn impregnated with resin is controlled by a computer to spiral wound on the core mold and cured at high temperature, achieving uniform pipe wall structure and controllable strength. This product has high strength and lightweight, excellent corrosion resistance (resistant to acid, alkali, salt spray, with a lifespan of over 50 years), excellent hydraulic performance (smooth inner wall to increase flow rate by 10% -15%), and environmental advantages (recyclable, low energy consumption). Its features include flexible customization of pipe diameter (DN100-DN4000) and pressure rating (0.1-2.5MPa), use of socket or flange connection to ensure sealing, and daily maintenance free. Widely used in municipal water supply and drainage, chemical wastewater discharge, and oilfield transportation, the comprehensive cost-effectiveness is significantly better than traditional pipe materials.

1. Mold preparation
Clean the surface of the mold to ensure smoothness and absence of impurities

Spray resin mixture (including catalyst/promoter) onto the surface of the mold
3. Reinforcement layer wrapping
Microcomputer controlled continuous winding of impregnated fibers, synchronized addition of quartz sand to form a sand layer
4. Curing and molding
Uniform curing of resin through far-infrared or rotary heating
5. Post processing
After hydraulic demolding, repair the pipe mouth and mark it, and conduct a water pressure test at 1.5 times the working pressure
